We get asked lots of questions about the services we provide. Here are some of the questions we get asked the most. If your question is not listed below just give us a call or email us and we will get back to you with an answer!

If you need us to help quickly we can start the following day. We understand that sometimes you need assistance right away. However, where you don’t need our services so quickly, we usually take a few more days to make sure we match the right staff to suit your needs. 

Yes we can. We know that carers need to takes breaks as well. That’s why we provide in-home respite services when you need them.

Yes, all our staff obtain police checks. Staff working with children under 18 years of age, also complete a working with children check.

Yes. We are here 24/7, 365 days a year.

Yes, we can help you with getting out and about into the community. This includes helping with transport as well as support during the activity.

Yes we can.  One of the services we provide is travel and support to get NDIS participants to and from appointments. 

Yes we do have procedures in place. In addition, we continue to apply all COVID-19 updates, protocols, directives and recommendations from the Government, including vaccination requirements.

Yes, we provide a range of support when it comes to household tasks. In addition to general house cleaning we can also help with doing your laundry and helping with meal preparation.

Pace Support is based in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne and proudly provide a range of NDIS support services to not only Melbourne but many parts of regional Victoria as well.
