PACE SUPPORT

services

1-1 Personal Daily Care

We provide assistance with daily personal care needs of NDIS participants. This includes personal hygiene, getting ready for the day, eating and drinking, as well as attending appointments.

The goal at Pace Support is to provide NDIS participants with the care they need to live as independently as possible.

household tasks

At Pace Support we are available in the morning, afternoon and evening to provide NDIS participants with the support they need in their home. We do this by assisting with essential household and garden tasks. This includes general house cleaning as well as assistance in the garden.

Our aim is to assist participants in their goal of remaining independent at home. We do this by making sure your home is clean, comfortable and safe for you to enjoy living in.

Community Participation

One of the most popular NDIS supports utilised is assistance for community participation. This is because it is so important for participants to be able to get out and about in the community and do the things they want. In fact, participating in community activities has many positive benefits.

As everyone has different interests, it is so important that each participant decides what it is they want to do. This could be to meet new people, try new things, join a club, learning a new skill or even becoming a volunteer.

Holiday, Travel Support

We provide travel and support to get NDIS participants to and from appointments. This also includes travel support when on holidays.

At Pace Support we are able to drive you to your appointment, as well as other places in the community that you want to be. After finishing we will then drive you back again.

Some popular reasons to need transport is to get to school, work or medical appointments. As you can book our transport services in advance you don’t have to worry about getting to your appointment on time.

In-home Respite Care

Allowing carers of NDIS participants to take a break is important. That’s why we offer in-home respite services.

Pace Support in-home respite care understands that it is important for the well being of carers of NDIS participants to take a much needed break occasionally. The much needed break could be to attend an appointment or even to go on a holiday. Whatever your needs we are here to help.

If you would like to speak to a Pace Support team member about how we can help with your needs or are looking for more information about our services, send us a message or call us and we will be happy to assist.
